ALASKA-KAMCHATKA SCHEDULE UPDATED

Vladivostok Air has updated the schedule for its planned Alaska-Kamchatka service. The new schedule features morning arrivals on Kamchatka and evening departures -  ideal for travelers making connections to and from other Russian Far East destinations. The schedule will also permit fly-fishermen to get to the river and and start fishing within hours of their arrival in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

Vladivostok Air's plans to resume service on the Alaska-Kamchatka route in the summer of 2012 were featured today in the New York Times Travel blog "In Transit."
