| Currently, there is one position available as a
Sales Representative. Responsibilities for a Sales Representative:
You will be required to evaluate customer needs and take a sales approach, providing
superior customer service such as:
- Assisting customers with quoting fares/schedules
- Making reservations
- Issuing tickets
- Communicating information to customers regarding fares, schedules, routings, travel
documents (Russian Visa / Passports), flight arrival and departure times
- Resolving customer conflicts that require handling or service.
- Notifying customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules.
Qualifications for a Sales Representative:
The Sales Representative position requires the following:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in reservation & ticketing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in the US
- Clear and effective communication skills with customers
- Fluency in Russian is a plus.
