TICKET PURCHASE AND REFUND
An air ticket is a contract for air transportation made between the carrier and the passenger. Currently, there are two types of air tickets: paper and electronic. Paper tickets are executed on Vladivostok Air ticket stock. Electronic tickets are executed without paper stock.
Buying tickets on Vladivostok Air ticket stock
To buy paper tickets, please visit our authorized ticket offices. Our qualified agents will select the most convenient and advantageous tariff for you. In most cases, a additional fee applies when issuing paper tickets.
Buying an electronic ticket
An electronic ticket can be purchased in any Vladivostok Air ticket office and in travel agencies. Payment for such tickets may be made in cash, credit card or via wire transfer. Payments to Vladivostok Air America, Inc., the representative office of Vladivostok Air in North America, may be made with Visa or Mastercard via the office's virtual credit card terminal.
When purchasing a ticket in an airline office or agency, you will be provided an itinerary receipt to confirm the E-ticket purchase; the intinerary receipt will contain information about the passenger, his or her itinerary, and the amount paid. When paying cash, along with the Itinerary receipt, a receipt will be provided for the E-ticket.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets may be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable tariff. Some tariffs may not allow for refund, while others may require a fee for refund or change. If only portion of a mult-leg ticket is used, the fare may be recaclulated accordingly in order to determine qualified refund amount.

Unless excepted below, the fee for excess baggage is 1% of the YOW fare for every 1 KG of excess baggage. Following are fees per kilogram of excess baggage.
